Tulipa saxatilis possibly sun. T. bakeri

Greece/Turkey. Note Oron Peri does not consier that true T. bakeri is stoiloniferous. Some from the Pacific Bulb Society note that this species can be a bit of a pest, I have had it (luckily) for 20 years and now I have quite a lagre patch and I love it. It is incredibly showy and long-lasting. It is wonderful mixed together with Narcissus and Muscari. These are stoloniferous tulpis and so spread themselves. Pink with yellow centres, bright shiny green leaves 30-40cm tall. Easy in an open sunny, woodland setting or in sandy, rocky soil. I've never had them as densely as in this photo though. I am waiting until flowering again soon.
