Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept plant returns.
If something is not right, please photograph immediately upon receipt of goods if an issue with shipping. If therte is a subsequent problem, please photograph and get in touch.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If we cannot supply something, we will usually let you know in case you would like another product. We can organise a return through the website, you will be notified but it will take a few days for the finds to be retuned.
While we try very hard to keep stock levels up to date, there are 1000's of little plants, which can just fade away, so hard to keep track of!
