Sweet scent early spring enjoyment

A shorter form, densely branched, deciduous shrub of graceful, rounded habit, with wide panicles, 5-7cm long of richly fragrant, pale lilac flowers in spring. Only 60cm tall for me. Sun is best. Neutral or lime based soils. Heavenly here with Cytisus x kewensis and Phlox 'Oakington' Blue Eyes.
