Stachys byzantina

Lamb's Ears  is a wonderful evergreen perennial, mostly grown for its rich rosettes of showy, velvety, silvery tongue-shaped leaves. Grown for their foliage alone the leaves are excellent in floral art. Sun or part shade low growing and slowly spreads. Bees do love the dull-sage like flowers. Trim after flowering. Very hardy and drought tolerant. Easy.
