Soldanella montana

Soldanellas are lovely flowers, this is a woodland plant. Thrives in humid, montane forest habitats and shaded woodland floors. With thick, leathery, dark green evergreen leaves. They are rounded, kidney-shaped (reniform), or heart-shaped (cordate) at the base. Produces 3 to 10 lavender-blue, fringed bell-shaped flowers per scape (stem).  15–20 cm cm tall.

I have messed up the names of this due to incorrect labels in the past... but I think I'm getting them sorted. The next size up is S alpina/pusilla, and the larger S montana or S. carpatica
