Saxifraga x megasaefolia 'Robin Hood'

This hybrid is a lovely plant. The pink flowers are held well above the neat cushions by reddish stems. Like all saxifrages, grow in good light but away from mid-day sun to avoid scorch. Flowers early, out this year at the end of July. wonderful. In this photo of my trough you ca see how well it nestles in and has been happy here with no attention apart from water for quite a few years.
