Ratibida columnifera f. pulcherrima 

Lovely bee attracting plant. Tall cones with a whorl of red petals. Delicate and only 45cm high. Hardy and easy. 

But slow to bulk up so my seedlings have disappeared and awaiting divisions.  Not sure on timing.
