Perennial Horned rampion. Related to Campanula. dark purple almost blackish flowers with interesting horns. 60cm H. Grows well in the sand bed and in the garden. Good for pots and troughs. Use it in the front of a border. Sun. Does seed about a bit which is swell in my opinion, unless you are planting it in a small trough or crevice garden. Not entirely sure as to the species.
