Low-growing compact mat of small, needle-like bright green leaves. From spring to early summer, a profusion of bright pink/purple blooms with darker markings and a brighter eye. Hardy, Sun. The plant on the right in the concrete pipe is 'Boothman's Variety' I have found a darker version too.
