| An easy, vigorous ground cover from the Himalayas. Shining red-green leaves are evergreen, small at around 1 cm or so long and wide, they turn a firey red in late autumn and winter adding to the interest. Heather-like, pink flowers set it off and flower late. Walls, banks, rock gardens. Full sun, drainage. Trim as required. 10cm H, 35cm W Seen in the Dunedin Botanic Gardens. |
