Oxalis purpurea

Magic in pots for late winter!   Oxalis is so easy. This one is one of the hardiest in my opinion. Stunning, large pink flowers with a yellow eye. Keep them almost dry round the back or under the potting bench in summer when they are dormant . Pot up in autumn, or when you remember, in free draining mix. If you start the whole process earlier they flower in winter! But they dislike the frost so keep them near the house to enjoy and afford them the protection they need in frosty areas.
