Orlaya grandiflora

White laceflower is a perfect addition to your border or mediterranean garden. Let it resow, which it does so well.

Delicate and airy, magnificent annual. It flowers early and heavily on blue green leaves and lovely flowers that make seed that is self sowing. (If you don’t grub around in the soil in mid to late winter when they germinate). Such a perfect undemanding filler. Once you have it, you are set!  Sun best but also light shade. Easy. Hardy. Height up to 75cm 

A pretty cut flower. 

Extending across parts of southern and central Europe, North Africa, and into Western Asia and the Caucasus.
