Lysimachia nummularia syn. japonica var. minutissima

A very low-growing,

diminutive ground cover, evergreen except when very cold, (here it goes a bit yellow looking), is equally at home in a rock garden or among stepping stones. Use as an edging or in rock gardens and troughs,

also quite useful in bonsai containers.... Suitable for those dry shade, tricky spots or sunny positions with some moisture. Although it will tolerate some drought from time to time.

Covered in small, no tiny yellow flowers in summer that sit well in the tiny leaves. Sun to part shade. By rooting along its stems it forms dense carpets...nice!
