Inula magnifica

Magnificent indeed. 

Magnificent Elecampane. A strong vertical accent for your garden. If you have room this, it is truly magnificent. Rough textured leaves are handsome. They ascend 2m high stout stems in diminishing size to wide branching heads of flower, large, yellow daisies. Splendid, once again retentive or moist soils, but I find it very hardy and tolerant as it flowers well even on very little water. Flowering late summer into autumn. Spreads only slowly here.
