Inula magnifica

Magnificent Elecampane. A strong vertical accent for your garden. If you have room this is truly magnificent. Rough textured leaves are handsome. They ascend 2m high stout stems in diminishing size to wide branching heads of flower, large, yellow daisies. Splendid in rough grass in retentive soil, or by the waterside. I find it very hardy and flowers well even on very little water. Flowering late summer into autumn. Spreads only slowly.
