Gladiolus tristis

Native to South Africa, but quite hardy. A very special winter growing Gladiolus with a wonderful scent in the evenings, flowers in September. This form is especially beautiful, a sort creamy  pure form, as opposed to slightly bricky stained colourations. Available as dormant bulbs. Each, plus littlies to boost the patch. If left alone the seed witll germinate and the p[atch will be a large one quite soon. Otherwise remove the seed.
