A great sturdy and reliable as well as long lived border or meadow addition.

Goat’s rue. A strong-growing, bushy perennial forming a clump of stems with attractive pinnate leaves and pea-like, white flowers borne in erect racemes from mid summer to early autumn.  I never stalk it, and it grows in poor soil. Suits clay or wet soils too. Great for meadows. 70cm
