For a small nursery, these are really small. Recent seedlings potted up. Once they get a grip, you might like some, cheap due to small size. It is a way to get some as the seed is hard to find. 9cm pot. Do watch rabbits when they are small, if you are infested as we are. 

This must have giant fennel is a wonderful accent plant and key plant in a dry shingle garden. they are used to such a great effect at Wisley, even early in the season when I was lucky enough to see them. Happiest in well-drained  sites but very easy, perfect xera plant. 1.8m high plus when fully in flower.  From the Mediterranean and East African woodlands and scrublands. Most growth is over winter and early spring, dying back if it is very dry in summer and late in the season. Perennial. The nectar and pollen are very popular for flying insects.
