Big and waving wands of flowers shimmer in the wind
Angel's fishing rod. African harebell. Tall, elegant movement of strong pink flowers. Prefers well drained soil, but easy to grow. Sun or just part shade only. These are fairly slow growing. They take a while to settle down after you divide them if you want to split them up in future. Used to great effect in Frankfurt, partnered with berkheya, eryngium, digitalis ... making a lovely meadow look on a slope. I am trialing this with echinacea to replace the berkheya and aster for later on in the season. 1m tall
