pink flowers in great profusion in summer on a  dense and slivery blue.   60 cm in height  with flowers and mounding 30-40 cm wide. Try it en masse with other carnations for a riot of summer colour or use with phlox etc. Useful in the front of a border or in pots. This one is very drought tolerant once established so sand and gravel, competes well in meadows and in borders, rock gardens and any sunny spot. A variable species.
