Dianthus arenarius f nanus "Little Maiden"

Baltic sea plant, but also in colder paces, loves sand. Easy, hardy, drought tolerant. Sun. White, frilly flowers thick on a  dense cushion. What is not to love about a plant like this? Great in troughs, crevices and rock gardens. Happy in a sand garden and gravel. Mass plant in front of a border.

Same flowers as the species but foliage half the size, photo of larger foliage version.
