Saxifraga burseriana

Love saxifragas. Make a mini crevice garden in a pot to enjoy their form all year round - they even flower. 

Silver rosettes of pointed leaves with burgundy stems and large white flowers. Morning or afternoon sun. Surprisingly easy going, give them lots of lime, even such that the potting mix will tend to make concrete!  5cmW x 10cm H.

With tight foliage and large flowers on burgundy stems this is a showy variety for the alpine garden.
