Caragana pygmaea

Very rare plant. Deciduous compact shrub, with pinnate leaves, slow growing up to 1.5m H x 1.5m W Flowers pea-like, small, yellow. Sun. Tolerant of drought. Any amount of cold and wind. Can be grown as a hedge.  Northwestern China and Siberia
