It has upright stems with a loose umbel of a few flowers on tallish stalks in mid summer. \u003cmeta charset=\"UTF-8\"\u003eBut what makes this highly sought after is the reverse of the petals, seen also in bud, which is a deep, dusky pink, outlined with white. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIt has grown well outside for many years in tough conditions, eventually making a wide clump. The photographs show summer foliage.... and the plant in the pot is in winter.
